9.2 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised in accordance with svip7's data disposal procedures. We will respond to all legitimate rights requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. Where a request is complex or we have received a high volume of requests, we may extend this period by a further 60 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reasons for it.
11.1 The svip7 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and over. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21, and we do not permit anyone under 21 to register an Account or place Wagers on the Platform.
11.2 Age verification is conducted at the point of Account registration and again during the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all Wagers will be voided, and any real-money Balance will be returned to the payment method of origin. Any data collected in connection with an underage Account will be deleted promptly upon discovery.

13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of, and agreement to, the updated terms.
